Thin, dry and close to the skin: the layer you forget you are wearing. Scoop neck, straight hem, no side seam to rub. Light enough to train in, close enough to layer under the Track Jacket. The mark sits at the left chest in Onyx.

Training pieces are cut close: if you sit between sizes, go down for compression and up for comfort. Layers and tees are cut straight and generous: take your usual size.
