Light, quick to dry and cut with a relaxed body and a deep armhole, so it moves with you on the bench and sits clean off it. The mark sits small on the left chest.

Body measurements in centimetres, tape parallel to the floor. Between sizes, size up.
Training pieces are cut close: if you sit between sizes, go down for compression and up for comfort. Layers and tees are cut straight and generous: take your usual size.
